By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy and agree to the terms and conditions below. These policies apply to all service providers at Blossom Beauty Studio. ⸻ Appointment Reservations We require a valid credit card to be placed on file to hold your appointment. If you arrive too late for us to serve you, cancel last-minute, or miss your appointment entirely, you authorize us to charge your card on file in accordance with the terms below. ⸻ Deposits Some services require a deposit to book. If your appointment requires one, the deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service when the appointment is completed. ⸻ Reschedules All reschedules must be made through our online booking site. Each reschedule requires a new appointment to be booked with a new non-refundable deposit (when applicable). Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service when the appointment is completed but are forfeited if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. ⸻ Cancellations We know life happens, but please respect our time as we respect yours. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service amount. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward any future services. ⸻ Missed Appointments Missed appointments (or “no shows”) will be charged 100% of the total service amount. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services. ⸻ Multiple Missed Appointments Failure to attend or cancel three consecutive appointments will result in the loss of online booking privileges. Future appointments will need to be arranged directly with the stylist or the owner. To secure any new appointment, you will be subject to a deposit. ⸻ Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This will be treated as a cancellation and charged 50% of the total service amount. If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total service amount. ⸻ Same-Day Appointments If you book a same-day appointment, you may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. Any changes made within 4 hours will be subject to the same fees as outlined above. ⸻ ✨ Thank you for respecting our time and artistry.
